General Troy Middleton

General Troy Houston Middleton

General Collins was born on October 12, 1889. During World War II he commanded the 45th Infantry Division during the Sicily, and Salerno campaigns during 1943. Beginning in December of 1943 Middleton commanded the VIII Corps. He died October 9, 1976.
